Note 4
Of course when we consider the world that is intended by Natural Science, then this world is a material world and the objects in it are in principle observable. The entities of this world consist of content (Form), implemented in Prime Matter, and this implementation should make them in principle observable.
This constitutes an interesting dilemma, that should be resolved. For the time being I would say that observability is confined to ontologically complete entities. When something is ontologically not complete, it can, it is true, exist, but it is as such not observable.
