As to a color as replaceable determination :
The green color of a plant is in fact the green of a bulk quantity of a certain chemical, chlorophyll (and probably not the color of any single chlorophyll molecule). Even if it is just the color of every single molecule of the plant skin, (this color) caused by the interaction of (sun)light with the molecule(s), it should still be considered to be a quality of the (individual) plant, because an individual plant should be considered to be a genuine substance in the sense of a complete single being, having essential and replaceable determinations.
