The theories of SHELDRAKE (morphogenetic fields) and BOHM (implicate order) are very similar (See Third Part of Website ). But because BOHM's theory originates from Quantum Mechanics, it is not suited to locate (as we do here) holism exclusively in organisms (and beyond) and deny holism in the inorganic domain. SHELDRAKE's theory, on the other hand, originates from Biology, which makes it more appropriate to describe (as far as it goes) the organic NOVUM, and assume the absence of holism in the Inorganic.
