Introduction

In this Essay we will show crystal shapes that we will encounter when surveying the six Crystal Systems. With "shapes" we mean the external shapes as will be developed when the crystal growths in a uniform environment, i.e. an environment with uniform concentrations of the nutrients, and without impurities. The resulting crystal shapes will then be intrinsic with respect to the given crystals.
